Peking University–Renesas T-Engine Laboratory of Department of Embedded System Engineering, was founded jointly by School of Software and Microelectronics, Peking University and Renesas System Solutions Asia on May, 2004, which is dedicated to R &D of digital television and related application solutions, mobile phone and related application solutions, video audio encoding and decoding.
CHiPES
The Centre for High Performance Embedded Systems (CHiPES) is a research centre at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. Founded in the School of Computer Engineering (SCE) in 1998, CHiPES is now an inter-school research centre, supported by SCE as well as the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).
